No Performance Guarantee
Toad Talk Media makes no guarantees regarding listener counts, app engagement, print retention, or audience response.
Cancellation Policy
Multi-platform packages are non-refundable once any component has been fulfilled. Individual components not yet fulfilled may be credited at Toad Talk Media's discretion.
Late Payment
Balances unpaid beyond 10 days may incur a 10% fee monthly until paid.
Ownership & Usage Rights
All recordings, layouts, digital placements, and publications remain the property of Toad Talk Media. Advertiser grants permission for use of logos, trademarks, and approved materials.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
