Script Deadline: Sponsor must submit talking points no later than 7 days before recording. Failure to provide copy allows Toad Talk Media to create a standard sponsor read.

Magazine Deliverables
Quarterly Print Exposure: Your advertisement appears in the selected issue of We Are Grant County Magazine, distributed throughout Grant County in high-traffic, trusted community locations.
Full-Color Professional Layout: Ads are printed in full color within an 8.5" x 11" premium-format publication designed to reflect community pride and credibility.
Digital Edition Inclusion: The magazine is also made available in digital (.pdf) format online and within the We Are Grant County App, extending the lifespan and accessibility of your advertisement.
Community-Aligned Placement: Ads are positioned within a publication centered on local stories, leadership, and community highlights, aligning your brand with trusted local content.
Proof Approval Opportunity: Advertisers will receive a design proof (if applicable) prior to print for final approval within the stated deadline.

Terms & Conditions

Editorial Control

Toad Talk Media retains full editorial control over all content, layout, placement, recording edits, formatting, and presentation. All content must align with community-focused, non-political, non-religious storytelling.

Content Deadlines

Podcast: Talking points due 7 days before recording. Magazine: Materials due 4 weeks before issue release (March 1, June 1, September 1, December 1).

No Performance Guarantee

Toad Talk Media makes no guarantees regarding listener counts, print retention, app engagement, or audience response.

Cancellation Policy

Podcast: More than 14 days before recording: full refund minus 10%. Less than 14 days or after recording: no refund.

Magazine: Before design proof: refund minus 15%. After proof approval or print submission: no refund.

Late Payment

Balances unpaid beyond 10 days may incur a 10% monthly fee until paid.

Ownership & Usage Rights

All recordings, layouts, digital placements, and publications remain the property of Toad Talk Media. Sponsor grants permission for use of logos, trademarks, and approved materials for promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Toad Talk Media's liability will not exceed the amount paid under this agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
