This agreement outlines the partnership between the sponsor and business/organization, and We Are Grant County, a media initiative of Toad Talk Media, LLC.

Intro Recognition – up to 30 seconds: Your business is acknowledged at the beginning of the episode as the exclusive sponsor.
Mid-Roll Integration – up to 60 seconds: A conversational sponsor mention delivered during the episode.
Outro Recognition – up to 30 seconds: A closing acknowledgment reinforcing brand presence.

Script Deadline: Sponsor must submit talking points no later than 7 days before recording. Failure to provide copy allows Toad Talk Media to create a standard sponsor read.

Terms & Conditions

Editorial Control

Toad Talk Media retains full editorial control over layout, placement, recording edits, formatting, and presentation. All content must align with community-focused, non-political, non-religious storytelling.

Content Approval & Deadlines

Failure to submit materials by deadlines may result in use of standard sponsor script, ad placement without revision, or forfeiture without refund.

No Performance Guarantee

Toad Talk Media makes no guarantees regarding listener counts, app engagement, or audience response.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 14 days before recording: Full refund minus 10% fee
  • Less than 14 days before recording: No refund
  • After recording: No refund

Late Payment

Balances unpaid beyond 10 days may incur a 10% fee monthly until paid.

Ownership & Usage Rights

All recordings, layouts, digital placements, and publications remain the property of Toad Talk Media. Sponsor grants permission for use of logos, trademarks, and approved materials for promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Toad Talk Media's liability will not exceed the amount paid under this agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
