Cancellation Policy

Weekly advertising: Cancel with 7 days notice before next publication. Monthly advertising: Cancel before the month begins. No refunds after publication has occurred.

No Performance Guarantee

Toad Talk Media makes no guarantees regarding reader counts, clicks, or audience engagement.

Late Payment

Balances unpaid beyond 10 days may incur a 10% monthly fee until paid.

Ownership

All guide content and formatting remains the property of Toad Talk Media. Advertiser grants permission to use logos and approved materials.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
